Laura takes an active role to ensure that client responsiveness, commitment and quality of service remains as the business focus for which the company was founded upon. While Laura is very involved with both new business development and marketing, her primary function is in developing and implementing the growth strategy within the organization. With over 15 years experience in the mailing and fulfillment industry, Laura is both very knowledgeable and resourceful. Laura holds a B.A. in Management with a minor in Marketing from the University of Oklahoma and is an Alpha Chi Omega Alumni. Laura is the President for the New England Chapter of MFSA (Mailing & Fulfillment Service Association) and is also on the National MFSA Fulfillment Committee. She is also an active participant with both the Haverhill and Merrimack Valley Chamber of Commerce and is involved in many other community and charitable activities. As a women-owned business, Laura is very active with The Commonwealth Institute, the Center for Women & Enterprise and the Women’s President’s Organization which are organizations that support women in business.
