MFSA Fulfillment Accreditation

MFSA is an industry first. It is the only program available to fulfillment service providers that recognizes companies for meeting stringent fulfillment operations criteria. This program was developed over a period of seven years to provide a vehicle for any company in the industry regardless of size, experience or technology to assess its fulfillment operations. The criteria examine all phases of the operation of a company and focus on its fulfillment activities. Those companies that comply with these stringent criteria will be recognized by the industry and customers as being part of a new class of companies. It is similar to ISO 9000 in the process of application, review and audit, but industry-specific.As of January 2009, only nine companies have received MFSA Fulfillment Accreditation.

Iso 9001

ISO (International Organization for Standardization) is the world's largest developer and publisher of International Standards. ISO is a network of the national standards institutes of 159 countries, one member per country, with a Central Secretariat in Geneva, Switzerland, that coordinates the system. ISO is a non-governmental organization that forms a bridge between the public and private sectors. On the one hand, many of its member institutes are part of the governmental structure of their countries, or are mandated by their government. On the other hand, other members have their roots uniquely in the private sector, having been set up by national partnerships of industry associations. Therefore, ISO enables a consensus to be reached on solutions that meet both the requirements of business and the broader needs of society.

WBENC works with representatives of corporations to encourage the utilization and expansion of supplier/vendor diversity programs.
